Delivers services in accordance with company policy, specific customer protocols and within governmental requirements. Completes service documentation that is accurate, thorough and timely. Develops and maintains positive and professional relationships with customers. Is proactive in solving customer pest problems. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers. Achieves customer service delivery goals.Achieves the expected productivity goals.Achieves the expected operational excellence goals.Job RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED (Associate's or four-year college degree a plus)Read, write, speak and comprehend EnglishValid motor vehicle operator's license with no tickets or major offenses per company driving policy.Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.Prior pest management or other route management experience servicing, selling and/or supplying commercial/industrial clients a plus.Knowledge of pests, rodents, and other vermin biology and habits, a plus.Knowledge of pest control products, services, and treatments, a plus. Knowledge of pest control regulations, and safety procedures, a plus. Skill in communication technologies such as handheld devices, e-mail, web. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze pest pressures. Must be able to plan and prioritize work.Must satisfy all qualifications and requirements of this position including the ability to physically perform all of the job duties of that position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
