The focus of this role is to enable multi-channel personalized experiences along the research, purchase, and ownership journey.The ideal candidate will be experienced working within a cross cloud Salesforce environment and requires a strong overall background in data architecture, integrations, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Personalization or Evergage.PositionSenior Digital Personalization AnalystLocationUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create Possibilities

Lead the overall Personalization platform roadmap, integration across products and long-term personalization program at scale.

Develop execution plans for multi-channel personalization including web, email, user account, social, SMS and in-person experiences along with product recommendations and algorithm optimization.

Focus on highly scalable architecture for near real-time interactions.

Bring expertise to eCommerce Teams on the capabilities available within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Einstein.

Fulfills the role of Product Owner of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform.

Develop user stories to drive a highly personalized interaction journey.

Design reporting to measure impact of personalization and prioritize and execute enhancements.

Drive standardization of tool usage and documentation for consistency, reporting and to increase speed of execution.

Builds strong stakeholder relationships and understands business strategy/prioritization.

Stays at forefront of marketing technology trends, emerging technologies, regulations and Personalization/Decisioning Engines.

Project collaboration across teams and Salesforce Clouds:

Cross-collaboration with teams outside of the organization for integration efforts

What You'll Bring to Our TeamMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, technical degree preferred

5 years’ experience as Product Owner or Program Manager of digital technologies

Embraces problem-solving and solutioning

Expertise in marketing technology platforms and tools

Highly collaborative and able to influence and lead

Proficiency executing personalization campaigns with Salesforce Personalization (or Evergage)

Strong analytical background

Excited about solving complex challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing or mentoring individual contributors

Previous enterprise experience with strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Previous experience driving Personalization programs
