As a key member of the Leadership Team for National Accounts/e-Commerce, provides analytical support, advice, counsel, and leadership on key business issues, including strategy, revenue growth management, business planning and forecasting, financial controls, business processes, information systems and understanding distributor, brand, and category performance across our key customer accounts. This role takes ownership of the financial strategies, reporting and analysis for the National Accounts/e-Commerce business.What You Can Expect
Serves as the key advisor to the VP Director National Accounts/e-Commerce and leadership of Off Premise, On Premise, e-Commerce, and Customer Marketing teams by analyzing and interpreting business results and trends, and recommending strategic initiatives to drive growth in revenue and profit.
Responsible for helping deliver a meaningful portion of USA&C Net Sales. The geographic scope of business includes every state, driving the need for collaboration across all regions and states to deliver business results.
Leads all aspects of commercial finance for National Accounts/e-Commerce from the channel, premise, and national perspective including storytelling, business reporting, chain pricing communication and execution, profitability analysis, and programming effectiveness.
Identifies financial opportunities and gaps for National Accounts/e-Commerce, collaborates with key business partners to drive insights to action, and leads the development of associated financial and strategic plans.
Assist with the development of thoughtful and thorough strategies and selling stories for joint business planning and new item presentations to sophisticated account partners that are among the largest retailers in the world.
Partner with Region FD’s, Director of RGM, and Director of Finance Operations to deliver USA&C business imperatives.
Oversees Revenue Management activities for National Accounts/e-Commerce to identify opportunities that optimize Brown-Forman’s value creation and champion the utilization and optimization of revenue management tools and capabilities.
In addition to the 3 direct reports, leads the data and analytics center of excellence for 5 account-specific Business Development Managers, responsible for establishing a community of analytics that better integrates these roles into B-F and gains efficiencies in work through idea sharing and teamwork.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related studies.
5+ years as a proven effective team and/or project leader.
Experience in business planning and understanding of Retail Price Package planning
Interpersonal skills combined with strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective Management and coaching skills.
Proven ability to independently organize work projects. Collect, analyze data and present results in a concise actionable format.
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates good business sense, including the ability to correctly analyze financial and retail takeaway information, and make effective and efficient use of financial resources to achieve optimal results from the brands. Ability to utilize appropriate financial, competitive and brand data to determine appropriate pricing structures and margins for the distributors. Proven ability to understand and communicate the financial impact of business processes and decisions on brands, Brown-Forman, and retailers.

What We Pay
The range of pay for the role is $135,781 to $165,955, plus a 30% bonus. This includes a base salary and a cost of labor allowance.
The base salary will be $123,438 to $150,869, paid semi-monthly; the cost of labor allowance equal to 10% of the base salary will be paid monthly.
The 30% bonus will be calculated off the base pay and cost of labor allowance and will be paid annually contingent on performance of company and individual.
NOTE: Base salary range depends on a combination of job-related factors to include candidate skills and experience.
