Provides direct patient and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Collects and processes blood specimens for testing in the Laboratory.Required SkillsCertifications:Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.Completion of Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry (ABR-OE) within 90 days of hire.This is a non-certified MA position.
