OverviewPosition Overview:The Project Coordinatorwillassistthe Global Professional Services (GPS)Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects.The Sr. Project Coordinator responsibilities will include monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizingandparticipatingin stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met promptly.About Global Professional Services:Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.Your Impact:

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours,budgetsand expendituresto ensure theGPS team achieves OKR metrics of on time, in scope and in budget delivery.

Completing forecast change request per the required GPSmethodologyprocess.

Validating and completing project budget variance reportsper the required GPSmethodologyprocess.

Ensuring the Project artifacts aremaintainedandstoredina sole sourceof truth repository

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation ismaintainedappropriately for each project.

Documentingand following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Working with thePM,ensureproject deadlines are met.

Working with the PMidentifyproject changesand draft necessary change documents.

Providing administrative support as needed.

Undertaking project tasksorworrkstreamoversightasrequired.

Assess project risks and issues andprovidesolutions where applicableandensurethey are documented in supporting risk and issues log.

Organizing, attending. andparticipatingin stakeholder meetings.

Chair andfacilitatemeetings whereappropriateand distribute minutes to all project team members.

Mentor Project Coordinators tostrengthen skillset

What You Bring:

2yearsexperiencein project management coordinationpreferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

MS Project experience preferred.

OpenAir experience preferred.

Smartsheet experience preferred.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures

Ability to work on tight deadlines.
