We're seeking energetic, passionate, and skilled team members to join our dynamic
crew! As a part-time or full-time team member, you'll work approximately 20-40 hours/week, with
varying shifts between our Uptown restaurant and food truck.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious dishes and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Assist with prep work, loading/unloading food, and washing dishes.
- Develop your skills in food preparation, garnishing, and presentation.
- Assist with loading/unloading food for the food truck.
- Contribute to opening/closing side-work and maintaining a smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!)
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Prior restaurant experience (food truck, catering, etc.)
- Ability to work on your feet, safely operate cooking equipment, and lift 40+ lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe Food Manager Certificate
- Clean Driving Record
- Experience driving large vehicles
