Our ideal candidate will oversee and be responsible for the entire operation of our Kitchen:

- following our recipes to ensure the highest food quality

- managing

- training of new employees

- maintaining an inventory system

- ordering

- cleaning and maintenance of kitchen

Our restaurant group located in New Orleans, LA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor. Job Qualifications

College degree or Culinary Degree preferred

Proof of progressive and successful management is required

The candidate must display a track record of excellence, dependability, honesty and integrity

All applicants must have a clean criminal record and a background check will be required

Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant

Proficient in point of sales system (POSitouch)

Superb communication skills

Job Requirements

Our Manager will be responsible for providing high quality service through effective kitchen staff training, creating a motivated teamwork environment, and having a "lead by example" attitude. Including, but not limited to the following:

Responsible for day to day operations including scheduling, cleaning and inventory

Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations

Must have complete understanding of front of house, back of house operations, as well as the costs associated with each department

Ability to create inventory and quality control standards for food departments

Ensures on a daily basis that the store is staffed appropriately, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly

Must be able to attain Food Safety Certification and city management license

Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to work weekends and holidays
