Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and food items while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation.
- Manage inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook and/or barista in a similar hybrid customer service role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and food safety standards
- Excellent time management and sales skills
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling in a café or retail environment
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales calculations
- Previous food preparation experience preferred but not necessary
