Monday - Thursday 11am-7pm
Friday - Sunday 11am - 9pm

At Central City BBQ we are committed to serving the best BBQ in town and providing a stellar dining experience by always putting the guest first with a positive and proactive approach. Our Slicer is a make or break team member for our business as they take a hands on approach to assuring the meats are cooked to specifications, sliced and portioned properly and plated according to our standards. Their day consists of setting their station for service, preparing catering orders for the day, working tickets for service from a digital KDS. Standard opening and closing duties are also required. Down time is spent staying organized and setting the next shift up for success and keeping things clean.
Hourly wage plus tips (Avg $18-$20/hr)
