Role Highlights:
- Craft Drinks & Food: Masterfully prepare our unique smoothies, coffee drinks, and fresh lunch items with precision and speed.
- Food Preparation: Make batches of overnight oats, chicken salad, roasted vegetables, etc throughout the shift to ensure that we stay ahead of inventory. Our recipes are from-scratch and highlight clean, natural ingredients—no added sugars, no seed oils.
- Customer Engagement: Be the face of The Antidote, connecting with guests, guiding them on product selections, and sharing our wellness philosophy.
- Team Collaboration: Work next to positive team members, keeping our stations stocked, clean, and running smoothly during peak hours.
- Holistic Health Education: Grow your knowledge on adaptogens, superfoods, and holistic practices—and share that knowledge with our guests for a truly unique customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in food service is great but not essential if you’re a quick learner with a genuine love for the industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle the rush with ease and accuracy.
- Attention to detail with recipes and inventory management.
- A friendly, approachable attitude that puts customers at ease and makes them feel valued.
- Passion for health and wellness—you believe in what we do, and it shows!
