Job Responsibilities
Maintain verbal communication with Chefs/waitstaff, act as liaison between wait staff and kitchen staff
Monitor quality of dishes
Ensure restaurant is adhering to health and sanitation standards
Coordinate sending food to tables, running service
Assist in packing and handling of to-go orders
Assist staff when necessary
Qualifications/Experience
6 months+ of Expo experience in a restaurant
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Bartending experience is a plus
Japanese/Sushi restaurant experience is a plus
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
