### Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging grass areas.
2. Maintain landscape beds, including weeding, planting, and mulching.
3. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and trimmers.
4. Prune trees and shrubs to promote health and improve appearance.
5. Assist with the design and implementation of new landscaping projects.
6. Keep grounds free from trash and debris.
7. Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf collection, and preparing landscapes for changing weather.
8. Monitor the health of plants and turf, reporting any issues to the facilities manager.
9. Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects.
10. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in the operation of equipment and performance of duties.
11. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and the general public.
12. Perform other related duties as required to meet the needs of the organization.
