Admin/Front Office Associate/Scheduler

As a front office associate/scheduler for Quality Insulation, you will interact with customers to communicate various job estimates and sales staff communication needs. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Daily work outline:

Interacts with sales staff and customers to create project estimates, payment schedules and collections.

Responds to and resolved customer questions, concerns and complaints. Knows where to find information needed to solve customer problems and escalates appropriate issues.

Tracks status and progress of work orders and projects.

Proactively identifies and resolves issues in customer jobs or projects that fall behind schedule.

Meets regularly with Sales and Management for job specifics and customer questions

other duties and tasks you can provide to our operation is appreciated

Considerations:

Experience: Some is appreciated but we will gladly train the right candidate

Helpful Industry Experience/Knowledge in Construction, Insulation, Trades, is beneficial
