You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in program management will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and driving business growth.You will report directly to our Sr Program Supervisor & work closely with Field Service Manager. You will work in or around University of Maryland where the building is being build, as you will be stationed in the site. Requirement will come to cover some work related at the Honeywell Office in Baltimore MD. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure projects deadlines, contractual requirements, engineering specs, and applicable codes are met.

Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and up to customer expectations.

Develop and execute scopes of work required to complete various projects.

Plan, forecast, and monitor labor, 3rdparty material, and subcontract costs.

Review, interpret, understand, and implement various contract documents.

Lead meetings and maintain project meeting minutes.

Report project progress to internal and external stakeholders of differing backgrounds.

Monitor, evaluate, and guide subcontractor performance on site.

Assemble project closeout documents and warranties.

Produce accurate monthly revenue forecasts to report to the business.

Ensure a safe working environment and safe work practices are in place and enforced.

Lead and manage the execution of complex programs and projects.

Develop and implement program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

Monitor program performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes.

YOU MUST HAVE

Post-Secondary Education (Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline).

PMP certification or equivalent (or willingness to obtain PMP certification)

5+ years of experience in program management or project management

Exceptional written and oral communication skills (particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation).

Knowledge in one or more of the following fields: building automation, controls, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, contracts, and construction.

Experience starting constructions jobs from scratch.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to travel within site per requirements.

Experience in Healthcare vertical

Expertise with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage competing priorities.

This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Direct Hire), Position Description Number T5120P01 and is part of the MD JFHQ G4, National Guard. Responsibilities 1. Serves as an advisor to the Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist on all Combat Service Support (CSS) Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs. Exercises knowledge and oversight for all matters pertaining to the fielding and operation of Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs. Utilizes an extensive knowledge of logistics programs/operations and a clear understanding of automated systems to manage projects and programs for systems integration of CSS automation. Identifies funding requirements to support SASMO operations, justifies and submits budget requirements for State operating budget, and executes funds received. (25%) 2. Serves as a Systems Administrator for all Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs and as the technical expert within the State/Territory responsible for providing technical and functional guidance for serviced Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs. Reviews SASMO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are current (i.e., help desk, repair operations, etc.).
