Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team with a focus on high standards of service
Handle hiring, scheduling, and continuous development of staff
Coordinate private dining events and parties, ensuring seamless execution
Work closely with the owner to manage the day-to-day operations and drive business growth
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow
Maintain a strong understanding of bar and cocktail programs, along with an in-depth knowledge of wines
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining setting
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality
Strong knowledge of cocktails, bar operations, and wine service
