Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef and Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities:
Pastry Chef:
Create and execute a variety of Greek-inspired desserts, pastries, and breads.
Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
Collaborate with the culinary team to harmonize dessert offerings with the overall menu.
Chef:
Prepare and present Greek Mediterranean dishes with an emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation.
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Chef, preferably in a Greek or Mediterranean restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine and traditional Mediterranean cooking techniques.
Creative flair with a passion for innovation in the kitchen.
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
