Our client in Middle River, MD is looking for an experienced admin with a background in security, loss/theft prevention to review CCTV footage, make notes, and present to senior leadership when needed. This is a contract-to-hire position with a large and stable company with many growth pathways.

DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this position is to directly support the Safety/Security Manager with all daily Loss Prevention & Safety tasks. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

Create and maintain loss prevention reports for executive levels of management.

Review and analyze the following:

Short reports (driver returns and night pick orders)

Video and camera review for lost product

Assist Safety and Security Manager with

Creation of safety training sessions with Safety Manager and other departments

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Review Loss Prevention Reports

Review Short Reports (Driver Returns and Night Pick Orders)

Review Cameras for lost product

Create professional reports for Executive levels of Management

Assist as necessary in reviewing film of safety instances that may happen inside the warehouse.

Assist in creating training sessions between Safety Manager and other departments.

Any other duties as assigned by the Safety/Security Manager.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

General Computer skills, navigation between camera programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience

Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation

software

Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy

and discretion as well as customer service skills

Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet

deadlines

Analytic and reporting skills

Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving, deductive reasoning and have investigatory skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Detail orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of safety and security

Required Education and Experience

- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

- Must have strong communication skills

- Must have professional demeanor
