We are a well-established company seeking a diligent and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our office.

Position: Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoicing and inventory processes

- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries

- Track job progress and manage related paperwork

- Perform various other office duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer use is essential

- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Compensation:

- Hourly wage: $15-$20, based on experience

- Note: This position does not offer additional benefits beyond the stated compensation
