Office Administrator:

We are looking for a reliable experienced Office Administrator to join our multi-disciplined construction company. They will undertake administrative and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently and the company's financial data is properly recorded and tracked. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

-Bookkeeping and financial report generation

-Draft correspondences and other formal documents

-Plan and schedule appointments and events

-Answer inbound telephone calls

-Develop and implement organized filing systems

-Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

-Experience with Quickbooks desktop and Microsoft Office

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong attention to detail

​-Strong organizational skills

Benefits & Pay

-Benefits and pay are negotiable and based on experience. We are open to starting Part Time and transitioning to Full Time or starting Full Time, depending on the individual needs.
