In search of a candidate who is professional, detail oriented, primary duty is to provide day to day administrative support to a growing company. You must be accurate and proficient with Excel, written correspondence and comfortable speaking and interacting with people. Office can busy at times.
Provide administrative support to the Administrator, project executive, project managers, field coordinator and all management staff
Performs word processing, data management activities and assists staff with the use of these applications. Composes correspondence, reports, publications and presentations including and proofreading.
Greets visitors, answers and screen calls, provides information. Receives, sorts and routes mail and performs other mail services. Prepare and send out UPS packages.
Maintains office supplies and equipment. Maintains office materials including online office supplies. Oversees inventory control for construction warehouse tool, equipment and supplies.
Makes arrangements for meetings, appointments and conferences.
Posts information for Projects and modifies Excel Spreadsheets. Verifies, processes and reviews forms, reports and other documents.
Applies, interprets and communicates policies and procedures and serves as a resource for answering questions regarding policies.
Participates in the planning and execution of administrative operations.
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL. Be a self-starter, problem solver.
This is a Full time, in office position 8:30am -5pm.
