HireQuest Direct is a leading temporary labor service provider that connects workers with businesses needing temporary staffing solutions. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a part-time staffing coordinator from 12 pm until 6 pm (Monday-Friday). As a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator, you will assist in the recruitment, selection, and placement of temporary workers for our clients. Your main duties will include conducting interviews, checking references, onboarding employees, coordinating schedules, customer service calls, paying employees, setting up the job board, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This part-time position may extend into full-time, depending on the applicant. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION and requires onsite presence in our MD office.
