Project Manager:
Currently seeking a Project Manager with at least 3-5 years experience in construction and demolition. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, a team-player with both excellent organizational and communication skills.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Attend pre-bid meetings, site-visits, walk-throughs, job inspections
Ability to read, understand, and calculate blue prints, specs, schedules and any documents pertaining to the project.
Ensure all documentation is in order and complete as required by contract.
Serve as primary POC with Customer from beginning of project through job closure.
Comply with company and jobsite safety guidelines and policies.
Maintain up to date records pertaining to each job. (contract, schedule, POs, change orders, requests, etc.)
Oversee project efforts in conjunction with management and field employees.
Coordinating with management in planning, scheduling, and project execution to customer satisfaction.
Interacting with customers on a daily basis regarding job progress, from start to finish.
Computer, communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills are required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
