We are looking for a reliable and personable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
Disperse paperwork to agents and assist with office workflows
Process client payments accurately and efficiently
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and mail handling
Support insurance-related administrative tasks with opportunities to expand responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude
Previous receptionist/administrative experience preferred but not required
