We are a property management company looking for an Administrative & Leasing Assistant. This position assists and supports the Property Manager and provides prompt and efficient administrative support to the management office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephones & greeting of residents and visit
- Processing/preparing invoices or tenant statements, maintenance work orders
- Provide Administrative support for activities related to annual recertification and marketing/leasing of apartments, including showing of vacant properties to potential tenants.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports
- Assist in preparation and distribution of notices to residents
- Perform general administrative duties
- Provide and maintain professional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate college degree.
- Must have reliable personal vehicle to visit properties in Baltimore City or County.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, able to perform and prioritize multiple projects and be a team player.
- Prior experience in the property management field a plus. Real estate license not required.
