We are looking for a highly skilled sales person who is a hands on learner with a passion for customer service.
A day in the life :
- Arrive to show your Jobs to our crew at 7:30 am
- Go to leads scheduled for you by our fantastic call center team
- Write estimates/ contracts for the job
- Collect the deposit, start up and final payment for your jobs
- Stay in contact with home owners who are under contract
- Send follow ups to homeowners not under contract
- Ensure the crew has the material and information needed to complete your job successfully
- Clearly communicate information to management team/ ask for assistance when needed
Who are you?
- A highly motivated sales person
- Someone with basic knowledge of construction
- Capable of learning 2 computer systems
- Fast learner
- Mildly organized
- Licensed Driver
- A functional Car or Truck
- Familiar with being 10-99
- Able to read and write English at a high-school level
- Ability to use an IPad / computer
Nice to have :
-MHIC sales person license
