Old Line Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Concrete Sales/Project Managers. The candidates must be customer service oriented, love people, and have a passion for construction.
A day in the life:
- Arrive to show your jobs to our crew at 7:30am
- Go to leads scheduled for you by our call center reps
- Write estimates/contracts for the lead/customers
- Collect deposit, start-up money, and final payments for your jobs
- Stay in contact with homeowners not under contract
- Send follow up to your unsold leads
- Ensure the crews have the material and information pertaining to your jobs
- Communicate information to management team/ask for assistance when needed
What are we looking for?
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Internet savvy (ipad, computer, etc)
- Organized
- A functional car or truck
- 1099 (we are partners)
- MHIC Sale license a plus but we will help you get yours
- Licensed Driver
- Able to read and write English at high - school level
