This role will work with the Publicis Shared Service (SSC) teams to ensure all internal and external statutory and compliance requirements are fulfilled on time and to a high quality. The individual will possess strong accounting and compliance experience as well as being able to manage change in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position .Your Impact:
Participate in the monthly close and help to ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled, substantiated and corrective action taken timely
Ensure accounting policy, procedures and controls are followed
Develop and provide direction to direct reports, mentoring and coaching team members to continue to enhance their skills and grow their careers
Ensure compliance with Publicis Financial Management Controls in conjunction with the FMC Lead
Work closely with Publicis Sapient controllership team to produce accurate and timely financial information for multiple reporting units and legal entities
Foster a culture of continual process improvement and high quality, relevant reporting
Work with the reporting teams to ensure they are aware of any material accounting issues and changes that may impact Commit and Reforecasts Variance analysis of actual results ensuring accounting is accurate.
Assist with ad hoc projects, such as integration support, accounting matters and supporting other entities, as needed
QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, with an emphasis in Accounting
Approximately 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years at a large international organization
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage an accounting team and drive continuous process improvement
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas Performed consolidation and foreign currency related responsibilities
Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to analyze large amounts of data, determines root causes of problems, recommend actions, and drive the implementation of those actions independently
Excellent communication skills to clearly and accurately convey financial information to internal teams.
Strong technical accounting skills and experience of with independent auditors
Ability to meet deadlines and work in time sensitive environments, including working on multiple projects simultaneously

Excel Power Query and Macros experience
CPA certification
SAP and HFM (Hyperion) experience
Additional informationPay Range: $98,000 - $115,000The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.Benefits of Working Here:
