The successful candidate will be operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and a strong understanding of legal contracts, commercial real estate, and corporate governance are essential.Responsibilities: Facilitate business transactions, ensuring all necessary legal and administrative steps are taken Oversee real estate transactions, providing legal advice and reviewing related documents Conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure compliance and protect the organization's interests Assist in the formation of entities, providing guidance on legal and business considerations Review loan documents, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance Use skills in corporate and commercial law to provide sound advice and support to the business Utilize expertise in bankruptcy, commercial contracts, and contract negotiation to manage risk and advance the organization's goals Draft contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and meet the organization's needs Leverage knowledge of mergers and acquisitions to support business growth and expansion Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal contracts, commercial real estate, and business and commercial law to provide accurate advice and guidance. Requirements Candidate must possess expertise in Corporate & Commercial Law. Proficiency in handling and negotiating Commercial Contracts is required. Experience in Corporate Governance is essential. The role demands knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate. Expertise in drafting and negotiating Legal Contracts is mandatory. Proficiency in handling Loan Agreements is required. The candidate must have a solid understanding of Business & Commercial Law. Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is essential. Knowledge of Bankruptcy laws and procedures is preferred. The role demands experience in Contract Negotiation.
