Job Description Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills Ability to work well in a fast paced/multitasking environment and remain calm under pressure Customer service-focused Initiative-taking Collaborator Provide Primary and Backup On-Call Support This job requires working weekends first or second shift as scheduled, in addition to on-call Respond knowledgeably & in a manner understandable to the customer with regards to questions or technical issues Enter time worked daily in ADP and Autotask Time sheets Provide SOC - TeleNeuro Cart support Provide Pager coverage support and respond to Group 39 Alerts as assigned by work schedule Support client approved software with a strong knowledge of current or existing Operating systems and Applications Onsite troubleshooting at client location Deploy new laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, phones, and peripherals Set up / work with new end-users Review and resolve performance issues Diagnose and address internet connectivity slowness Assist with password resets Assist in implementing cloud as necessary Manage updates Respond to AlertsBenefitsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
