The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$111,500.00 - $184,000.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?As a Director, Field Marketing, you will be accountable for developing and implementing field marketing strategies that help sales executives and underwriters who have sales responsibilities differentiate Travelers for independent insurance agents and broker distribution partners through marketing content, stories that support IMPACT selling and engaging sales readiness programs. You will be a leader in marketing best practices and digital marketing channel management, especially in the Salesforce ecosystem, and play a key role in managing Seismic as both the single source of truth for marketing content and the primary way for sellers to discover, personalize, share and measure agent and broker engagement with that content. Additionally, in close partnership with the Marketing Strategy Leads who are accountable for the marketing strategy, key actions, and results for each business unit, you will oversee a learning agenda that can be integrated into training efforts and regional campaigns focused on demand generation, including Account-Based Marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure that field marketing efforts also amplify modern sales practices and behaviors.What Will You Do?

Drive the adoption of key marketing stories, content and best practices among frontline sellers while managing a feedback loop on the efficacy of marketing materials with agents and brokers, prospects, and customers.

Develop Field activation content (e.g. Seismic Playbooks) that helps sellers to integrate the value proposition by business unit, industry, and product line into their sales activities, including Account-Based Marketing prospecting efforts.

Oversee regional marketing activation campaigns for specific business units, industries and/or product lines to support the relevant Marketing Strategy Lead’s marketing plans, in partnership with Field, Training and Sales Enablement teams.

Consult with Marketing Strategy Leads and Planners on the development of marketing materials that support the Field’s needs while laddering up to marketing’s differentiated message and each business unit’s unique value proposition.

Develop and implement governance for content development, UX consistency, content management and promotion, taxonomy, and content management processes, including overseeing the process of reviewing marketing content regularly for necessary updates.

Manage the Seismic platform as a performance channel, implementing a roadmap of capabilities that complement Salesforce and social selling tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and leveraging advanced features (e.g. Microsoft Office integrations, predictive content in Salesforce) to support Business Insurance marketing initiatives.

Ensure that Seismic profiles, smart groups, and permissions are aligned appropriately to multiple sales teams, while utilizing and elevating distribution approaches such as Digital Sales Rooms and the personalization and customization of materials (e.g. Guided Assembly).

Partner with the Marketing Measurement leaders to interpret the impact of Field campaign and Seismic channel behaviors on business results.

Lead Seismic training and ongoing support, including license management and provisioning.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

6 years of experience in digital marketing.

4 years of business-to-business marketing and/or sales enablement experience with field marketing responsibilities.

2 years of people leadership experience.

Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, content marketing and marketing technology.

Prior experience with Sales Enablement tools, with Seismic a strong plus.

Experience in insurance and/or financial services is a strong plus.

Desire to coach, mentor and develop people.

Highly collaborative work style and ability to demonstrate credibility to other functions when leading teams, whether internal to the department or cross functional.

Strong bias toward action, results-oriented and persistent, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level in a matrixed environment.

Analytical and creative thinker who comes up with solutions “outside the box” when presented with novel or complex challenges.

Proven ability to set campaign goals, translate analytics to key learnings that clearly articulate progress against those goals and determine next steps.

Technically astute when it comes to working with marketing technology and data.

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and listens well.

Strong time and project management skills.

What is a Must Have?

4 years of experience in digital marketing.

2 years of business-to-business marketing and/or sales enablement experience with field marketing responsibilities.

The person in this position will integrate 340B pharmacy services with all aspects of pharmacy business operations throughout FQHCs aligned with CPC working closely with the Director, Pharmacy Business Management. This position will also be responsible for helping lead the articulation of what the 340B program means to the FQHC community we serve as well as supporting our efforts to advocate for the 340B program locally and nationally. The Director will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy Business Management, Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services, and other members of the CPC team, and oversee the remote 340B Program Coordinator group of 340B Coordinators for contracted client FQHCs.
