More at   https://trellix.com .Role Overview:The Director, International and Technical Accounting role is a key member of the accounting organization, has oversight of technical accounting and is responsible for the local statutory and group audit processes for all entities, including developing policies and procedures to enable the attainment of key corporate and business objectives.This role reports to the Sr. Director, Assistant ControllerAbout the Role

Manage multiple accounting teams across APAC, EMEA & LATAM, lead cross-functional initiatives.

Partner with local service providers to ensure the compilation of the statutory financials.

Identify and calculate local statutory to US GAAP adjustments.

Collaborate with the Tax Team as needed for purposes of Statutory to Tax Analysis.

Perform analysis to determine the impact of new accounting standards, changes in accounting policies, impact of non-GAAP policies on statutory reporting requirements for the non-US entities.

Lead the coordination and act as the main point of contact for all local statutory and group auditors and drive the audit completion with cross functional coordination.

Implement policies and processes to support new audit requirements and business activities.

Ensure all disclosures are properly included in the financial statements (local statutory and consolidated)

Lead and perform accounting and financial due diligence on acquisition, investment, and potential complex business transactions

Ensure that existing and new lease contracts are accounted for appropriately.

Lead timely implementation of new accounting standards across functional teams

Develop and provide guidance and training to U.S. and international locations on technical accounting issues

Lead the accounting research effort for all technical accounting issues and the preparation of technical accounting memos required as part of quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management, lenders, and our external auditors, including discussions with external auditors on such topics

Work with the outside valuation consultant and lead annual goodwill valuation and other long-lived intangible asset impairment analysis and pension valuation

Maintain effective global accounting processes, policies, and procedures

Participate or assist with ad hoc projects as requested

About You:

An accountancy qualification with 15+ years of relevant practice and private industry experience in large global organizations, Software/SaaS industry experience is preferred.

Strong record of maintaining compliance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.

Experience managing global teams.

Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.

CPA/CA or equivalent required

Strong knowledge of US GAAP

SAP experience a plus

  • The Director, 340B Programs and Services will be housed under C3s subsidiary, Community Pharmacy Cooperative, LLC (CPC) and is a key member of CPCs leadership team. The Director, 340B Programs and Services provides leadership and direction for the strategic, operational, financial, and administrative functions associated FQHC entities that have a 340B program working with CPC. The Director initiates the administration and ensures the compliance and optimization of these services at the covered entities optimizing program compliance and performance. As a member of the CPC leadership team, the Director is involved in a range of innovation, strategic planning, and program initiatives for all pharmacy services. They will work closely with leadership colleagues to evaluate best industry practices and internal systems, with an eye toward both future needs and budgetary considerations. The Director will support the 340B pharmacy programs and oversee all compliance-related services, with a focus on sustainability, growth, quality patient care, and responsible oversight of pharmacy-related business strategy and initiatives. The person in this position will integrate 340B pharmacy services with all aspects of pharmacy business operations throughout FQHCs aligned with CPC working closely with the Director, Pharmacy Business Management. This position will also be responsible for helping lead the articulation of what the 340B program means to the FQHC community we serve as well as supporting our efforts to advocate for the 340B program locally and nationally. The Director will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy Business Management, Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services, and other members of the CPC team, and oversee the remote 340B Program Coordinator group of 340B Coordinators for contracted client FQHCs. The Director must also have a customer-service mentality, recognizing the importance of both internal and external customers. The Director will report directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and have a matrixed relationship with the Director, Pharmacy Business Management.
