Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants Requirements - Written Communication experience

Solid understanding of customer service

Command of Hospitality management

Experience with Registration Process

Concierge Services experience

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

1+ years of experience

Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.  Cash handling and credit transactions.  Ability to enforce all company rules and SOPs.   Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
