job detailsRandstad is working with an established and growing firm to identify a legal assistant to work in their family law area. This individual will support 2-4 attorneys alongside 2 other legal support staff, and work in two different offices with 1 day remote. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in legal assisting and be reliable, flexible, and accessible to locations in Downtown Boston, MA and outside of the city (south). Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree preferred, not required in lieu of experience -High attention to detail and communication skills -Excellent writing skills -Tech savvy with experience in the MS Office Suite and PDF programs -Hyperstyles or similar program helpfulsalary: $80,000 - $84,999.99 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities-Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule, including appointments, meetings, court appearances, and travel arrangements-Prepare and proo legal documents and correspondence, always practicing high attention to detail-Maintain electronic and paper filing systems-Document management-Assist with client billing and invoicing-Provide general administrative support when requiredSkills

  • The Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for assisting the Program Attending physicians in the medical management of hematologic (including BMT) and solid tumor oncology patients, as well as patients receiving elective chemotherapy.
