Core Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
Proficient with computers
Knowledgeable of computer applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
45 WPM
Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and pay attention to detail.
Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through.
Must complete medical screenings
A Day in the Role:
Scan documents using various scanning equipment
Organize and file documents in the appropriate location
Ensure the accuracy and quality of scanned documents
Maintain and update document management systems
Retrieve documents upon request
Work Environment
Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM
(2) 15 min breaks, 1 half hour lunch break
