The opportunityAs Flywire continues to scale its Travel software and payments platform, Product Marketing plays a central role in how we turn product capability into market impact.We serve more than 22,000 travel and hospitality businesses. This role covers both lines of our Travel vertical: Hospitality, including hotels and boutique accommodations, and Experiential, including travel operators and DMCs. With Sertifi by Flywire, we cover the full path from contract to settlement, including digital contracts, deposits, and group event payments.This role sits at the intersection of Product and Go to Market. The focus is straightforward. Make our solutions easy to understand, easy to sell, and clearly differentiated. You will shape how we position our products, how we go to market, and how we enable teams to win. The output shows up in pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue. You will report to the VP, Product Marketing.You will connect product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution. That means sharpening our story, targeting the right customers, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. It also means bringing real feedback from the field back into how we evolve both messaging and product direction.What you'll do:

Positioning, ICP, and MessagingDefine clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for our Travel solutionsOwn Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas across the Hospitality and Experiential segments, grounded in customer and market insightTranslate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narrativesEnsure consistency across Product, Marketing, and SalesGo to Market and Launch ExecutionLead go to market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives in TravelPartner with Product to turn roadmap into market ready messaging and materialsDrive coordinated execution across Sales, Marketing, and PartnershipsContinuously refine approach based on performance and feedbackEnablement and Revenue ImpactBuild and maintain high quality enablement materials including decks, battlecards, demos, and value narrativesEquip Sales and Relationship Management teams to position and sell effectively across both lines of businessPartner with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates, deal quality, and conversionSupport deal strategy in competitive situations with clear articulation of valueCustomer Insight and Market FeedbackSynthesize customer feedback, win loss insights, and field input into actionable directionBuild a strong understanding of travel and hospitality buyers, market dynamics, and competition, including gateways, point solutions, and incumbent PMS and CRM workflowsFeed insights back into positioning, targeting, and product decisionsAI Driven ExecutionUse AI to improve speed and quality across content, messaging, and researchExperiment with workflows that increase productivity and scalabilityHelp shape how the team incorporates AI into day to day execution
