Develop and drive integrated digital marketing + influencer strategy for the Americas Region (US/CA/LATAM) with a hyper-focus on the US

Lead in-year and future year digital marketing campaigns in lock-step with the AMS Newsroom, AMS Social Media team, and the YouTube + Content function

Act as Americas lead in cascading global digital influencer strategy and localizing/optimizing for our region and markets

Partner with the Influencer Marketing Managers for the US & CA/LATAM/LEGO Brand Retail to effectively activate influencer marketing campaigns and guide our external influencer marketing agency

Establish regional Digital Marketing Committee for the Americas; responsible for aligning overall integrated strategy with the markets and empowering synced execution and alignment across channels the region

Balance channel, brand, commercial, product marketing and BU inputs to create a holistic AMS influencer strategy in partnership with the cross-functional digital marketing colleagues

Support Digital Marketing Managers in execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for both the US and the AMS

Support US Trade Marketing team in identifying differentiated influencer + digital marketing opportunities

Lead influencer marketing agency relationship to drive efficiency, efficacy, scalability and innovation in our approach and to support our brand marketing partners in both the US and the AMS

Play your part in our team succeedingThe Senior Manager of Digital + Influencer Marketing will support both the regional Americas team as well as the US Marketing business unit. A critical role within the AMS Digital Marketing team, this strategic digital-first position requires a leader native to the space with experience in both high-level strategic development as well as real-time execution. Digital Marketing is a rapidly changing function within the LEGO Group AMS with a current focus on integrated digital campaign activation, social media (paid + organic), influencer partnerships, content development, content marketing + optimization, YouTube, search engine optimization and digital strategy.This role will play an important part in helping the marketing team lean in to a regional way of working while hands-on assisting the US business unit in driving business-critical digital marketing plans. This role will also inspire both our marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners to embrace digital innovation, consumer and channel-first thinking, and iterative, thoughtful innovation.Reporting into the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, this individual will also act as the Americas representative in various global workstreams in partnership with the Senior Manager of Social Media and the Senior Manager of the AMS Newsroom.Do you have what it takes?

7+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, agency required, in-house a plus

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in non-traditional marketing inclusive of influencer, experiential, social commerce, content marketing, digital integration, etc.

Hands-on experience in paid media within digital, agency experience preferred

Experience building integrated digital marketing plans against aggressive business plans

Strong background in paid/owned/earned measurement

Ability to foster advocacy and support for new ways of working

Internal and external partner management experience

The ability to think consumer-first and know how to use both creative and data to drive digital initiatives

Global CPG, toy, fashion, entertainment or retail experience a plus, US experience required

Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
