CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our team in Boston and work on Project Sirius, an upcoming multiplayer game set in The Witcher universe. In this role, the Senior QA Analyst will focus on ensuring the highest quality standards are met by analyzing, identifying, and reporting issues in the game. This person will collaborate closely with developers, strike teams, and the broader QA team to understand incoming work, create and run test plans, and communicate their learnings with the overall team.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with developers and designers to gather information for developing and maintaining test plans around key game features and incoming workEnsure effective QA documentation and knowledge sharing by creating, maintaining and organizing test documentationConduct comprehensive testing of the game to identify and report bugs, track their resolution and verify fixesTest and assess the game's performance and stability on different platforms to ensure smooth gameplay and proper functionalityMonitor ongoing game development and assess the impact of changes, offering guidance to QA teams to ensure continued coverage and consistencyProvide comprehensive feedback including mechanics feel, usability, UI behavior, balance, pacing, and overall game flow, ensuring alignment with the game’s design visionServe as a bridge between QA and development teams, ensuring that quality goals are clearly communicated and met across departmentsPrepare detailed reports and actionable insights on test outcomes, presenting key findings to senior management and stakeholdersParticipate in cross-functional meetings to influence project decision-making and align QA objectives with broader production goals
