The Red Fox, a newly opened Italian restaurant, cocktail bar, and lounge by All Day Hospitality (the team behind Ciao Roma, Farmacia, and Tony & Elaine's), is in search of a GENERAL MANAGER.
We’re looking for an individual with a good sense of hospitality who can lead and take control of nightly service and one who understands the importance of building relationships with staff and guests. Great communication and leadership skills are required, and one must have a genuine love of food, beverage, and hospitality culture with the drive to learn and educate. You will work directly with the owners and chef.
Some attributes of our ideal General Manager would be:
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine
-Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques
-Knowledge of restaurant financials and reporting
-Ability to hire, train, and lead a front of the house team that excels in service and hospitality
-Guest facing management style - able to work the floor during open hours
-Experience with a new restaurant opening is a big plus
