Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of our brand-new lounge and restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver outstanding hospitality in a vibrant, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and lounge.
Lead and manage a diverse team including front of house, kitchen, and bar staff.
Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards.
Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
Assist in local marketing efforts and community outreach.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Hire, train, and evaluate staff members.
Collaborate with ownership on business strategy and growth.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in restaurants or hospitality.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – this is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with new openings is a plus.
