About Us:

Dryft Wellesley is an exciting new addition to the restaurant scene in Linden Square in historic Wellesley, MA. The concept of Dryft Wellesley comes from the established Dryft Revere location that blends traditional Italian cuisine and fresh seafood. We are looking for dynamic motivated individuals to join our front of house team and be the heartbeat of our new restaurant. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career in hospitality, we welcome individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shift operations

Helping to set the level of guest service we strive for

Assist team members on the floor during peak times

Ensuring proper steps of service are being followed across all FOH positions

Complete knowledge of all offered food and beverage items, including their ingredients and allergens

Exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level

Assisting with developing existing or proposing new promotions and initiatives; not limited to beverage, marketing,

food, and sales incentives

Ensuring all aspects of FOH operations are being performed daily

Onboard, coordinate, schedule and assist with training of all FOH hires

Produce continuing education for pre-shift meetings

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience working in a full-service restaurant

Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with mentoring team members, staff training, scheduling, POS operations, and reservation platforms
