Print Production Designer

Location: Hybrid (Work at Home/ Office South Easton, MA)

Overview:

As a Print Production Designer at Willwork, Inc., you will play a key role in the exhibit and general contracting production process, ensuring high-quality print materials and graphics for various projects. You will collaborate closely with design and production departments, manage project timelines, and represent the company during client meetings and site visits. This role offers a blend of print production design, project management, and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

Print Production Design, Layout, and Proofing:

Develop and design print materials for exhibits and general contracting projects.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications during the layout and proofing process.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with design and production departments to ensure print specifications are correct for printing.

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill graphic design requests.

Project Management:

Track and manage projects using online tools to ensure timely completion.

Produce proof books for show sites to facilitate smooth execution.

Vendor and Client Interaction:

Liaise with outside print vendors and clients to coordinate print production and delivery.

Represent the company during client meetings and site visits as an on-site graphic shop representative.

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and on-site representation.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (1/2 hour lunch).

This is a salaried position. Throughout the year, weekly hours may fluctuate by +/- 10 hours.

Requirements:

Must have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Trade show experience preferred.

Photoshop skills are a plus.

Additional Note:

This position may involve high-pressure situations at times, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
