Account Clerk for Construction Company

Reporting to our Accounts Manager, you will assist in the Accounts Payables, Weekly Payroll and other office tasks as needed. Prior experience processing complex purchase orders, vendor statements, vendor invoices and packing slips, and entering payroll. You must be familiar with basic computer skills on Windows and web based email and services (Google Drive, Google Apps,Dropbox). You must be able to use, create and modify spreadsheets (sort, filter, basic formulas), use a scanner to enter invoices, statements, packing slips, and do basic word processing (create document, use template, write short letter, save to PDF, print). Ideally you have worked for a construction company using Foundation Software for accounting and payroll (aka "payroll4construction").

This is structured as a part-time position with flexible work hours, anticipated 20 hours per week but can change and grow as desired. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Suited to an experienced Accounts Manager from a small to medium sized construction company ($2-10M in annual revenues) looking for part-time employment.
