Property Management firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to work both independently and with a team.
Duties and Skills:
1. Answering phones / monitoring emails and greeting visitors. Assist residents and applicants and direct calls to the appropriate person.
2. Data Entry; scanning / organizing bills; scanning and organizing payments
3. Bookkeeping - A/R and A/P
4. Maintain the work order process, creating and closing work orders as requested by residents and staff. Keep appropriate staff informed when customer service issues and concerns arise.
5. Coordinate mailings and notices, including annual waitlist updates, notice of scheduled repair work, and resident notice of issue affecting the community.
6. Provide administrative support in the areas of scheduling, filing, supply ordering, contractor relationships, and mail coordination.
