Our company is looking for a part time Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, data entry, creating job work orders, assisting with an extensive parts inventory, and general office duties and errands. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: You will handle incoming calls and other communications
Manage a filing system
Record information as needed
Greet and assist with customers
Perform general office clerk duties
Assist with our parts inventory control
Maintain office equipment as needed
Create, maintain and enter information into our database
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or greater
Ability to write and communicate clearly
Ability to work well with others
Have a valid driver's license and automobile
