Our client, a biotech company in Cambridge, is seeking a Temp to Hire Sr. Office Manager to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the site?s leadership team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, support meeting preparation including coordination of logistics, food services, and distribution of meeting content, coordinate travel arrangements for employees and key visitors and other projects when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft office suite, be able to handle multiple duties at once and having experience in biotech/pharma industries is a plus. This role can pay up to $31 an hour based on experience on the temp side and can pay 70-75k once perm.
