Duties:
· Quoting, Scheduling and Coordination of Landscape, Landscape Maintenance, Irrigation and Snow Removal jobs throughout MA.
· Partnering with leadership to build and drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.
· Ensuring that crews are properly equipped with the correct equipment and job details to complete tasks efficiently.
· Managing schedules of four maintenance and two enhancement crews, all with established and capable crew leaders.
· Manage Foremen on quality and progress of jobs
· Asset and equipment management including tracking PM services through Aspire, updating equipment hours in Aspire making sure Foreman are checking fluid levels on all trucks and equipment.
· Hiring, training, and developing successful crew members
· Know status of all jobs – current and future
· Understands the concept of quality as it relates to employees, programs, work output, clients, co-workers, etc.
· Supporting leadership in developing budgets
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of landscape, irrigation, and snow programs
· Knowledge of materials used in landscape and snow management including fertilizer, plant materials, de-icing material, and chemicals.
· Ability to work in a digital world, including using a smart phone, tablet, and work order management software.
· Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
