Landscape Operations Manager
Operations Manager for a well-established but growing landscape company. In this position you will be responsible for the daily operations of the company, meeting with clients to create maintenance proposals, overseeing the installation of garden projects, snow operations and crew development. Plant knowledge is a must, crew scheduling, overseeing the tools and equipment. Dot card, active and clear Massachusetts drivers license are a requirement for this position.
Strong leadership skills along with conflict resolution, outstanding customer service, training abilities, and teamwork are essential in this role.
