EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PROVOST, Office of the Provost, to perform a wide range of complex administrative duties in support of the vice provost for Campus Space Management and Planning (https://orgchart.mit.edu/leadership/vice-provost-campus-space-management-and-planning) . This role involves autonomous initiation, organization, and implementation of systems and procedures for project management, report generation, and presentation preparations; planning and managing projects within deadlines and budget constraints; and facilitating activities for Committee for Renovation and Space Planning (CRSP) (https://web.mit.edu/facilities/services/crsp/index.html) meetings. Job RequirementsREQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least seven years of administrative experience directly supporting senior or C-suite leadership; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; advanced-level MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; and meticulous attention to detail.
