Federal Contract Sales Director (Hybrid)Your Role:

Lead and manage team of Govt Contract Portfolio Managers, being responsible for defining scope of work, distribution of workload and performance management / development

Be the primary point of contact (POC) for VA and DoD Acquisition Centers with regard to Delivery Orders (DO).

Regularly interface with Govt Agency and Program Office Contracting Leadership on behalf of Philips

Partner with business and Federal Contract Officers and Resellers to ensure contract and delivery order compliance

Direct the completion of consolidation / RFO process to include quotes from modality specialists, population of consolidation spreadsheets, uploading docs for consolidations/RFO submissions, ensuring contract compliance

Ensure Philips internal documentation/compliance process is followed by team

Partner with Govt Enterprise Leadership to develop sales strategies and respond to M2O activities to win Govt business (direct and indirect)

Develop and disseminate team KPIs for performance to standard - Win %, and volumes generated, MODs with root causes, CPARs, defect rates

Recommends new policies and procedures for Government Enterprise contract management

Participate in Federal Government and Philips audits.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree or JD is a plus

10+ years of Federal contracting experience and/or program management at a federal government agency or federal contractor

Knowledge of and experience with US Govt customers, contracting rules and ways of working is required

Strong understanding of government-related business challenges, opportunities and internal/external trends related to technology management

Federal contracting certification(s) are a plus (examples include Defense Acquisition University, Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative Certification, Federal Acquisition Certification for Program & Project Managers)

Experience at VA or DoD is a plus

Demonstrated change management and influencing skills

Excellent executive leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and influence others

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
