Now Hiring: Full-Time Server — Laurino’s Tavern (Brewster, MA)
Laurino’s Tavern is a lively, family-run Italian-American restaurant on historic Route 6A in Brewster. We’re growing and looking for a hospitality-driven Full-Time Server to join our floor team.
You’ll:
Deliver warm, upbeat service in your section and the dining room
Greet, guide, and upsell—apps, specials, desserts, and beverages
Take accurate orders, course and pace tables, and handle payment
Run food, pre-bus, reset, and keep side work tight and timely
Communicate with the kitchen and bar; help with large parties and events
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and allergen awareness standards
You’ve got:
1–2+ years serving in a busy, full-service restaurant
Strong menu knowledge, POS proficiency, and cash-handling accuracy
Team mindset, calm under pressure, and great guest recovery instincts
Nights/weekends availability (Cape Cod seasonality a plus)
18+ required for alcohol
